All 13 fire stations in Springfield, Missouri, now have free outdoor distribution boxes with naloxone. The boxes are accessible around the clock, making the drug available city-wide at any time. This is an early-stage rollout; the boxes were installed in the past week and more than 60 kits were picked up in the first few days.
